Our Support Services
We provide person-centred care tailored to each individual, working from care plans provided by the Local Authority or healthcare professionals. We also complete our own assessments and work with individuals referred by other support organisations or who have contacted us directly.

Each of our caregivers shares our belief that everyone should be supported to live a healthy and fulfilling life, participate in the community, and safely develop new skills. We provide personal assistant services to those living at home or in supported housing, including mental health support for those with learning difficulties and vulnerable adults.
Our enthusiastic, compassionate, and reliable caregivers tailor their approach to meet the needs and goals of every individual – offering person-centred care with flexible scheduling to suit each service user.
Contact UsCompanionship
Our companions assist our clients in a variety of scenarios, providing emotional support when living with disabilities, ageing, sickness, or after surgery. They perform everyday tasks to help individuals live safe, supported lives, which can include basic housekeeping, preparing meals, support with activities and socialising, and help with taking medication.
Highly trained and experienced, each member of our team is compassionate, attentive, and responsible. Their communication and planning skills enable them to support individuals with a wide range of needs, while meeting the physical demands of the role and complying with safety, medical, and dietary requirements.
Contact UsMedical Appointments
Attending appointments can be daunting, which is why our support workers can be on hand to help when meeting medical professionals, including GPs and therapists, as well as benefit advisors, housing teams, or any other organisation. From complex discussions to support travelling to appointments, we can ensure that every meeting runs smoothly, meets our client’s needs, and answers their important questions.
Our support workers are cool and calm under pressure, providing a reliable and compassionate chaperone to each individual when attending an appointment. This can also include help attending hobbies and other outings in the community or further afield.
Contact UsHome Help
Supporting those who are living in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, we help our service users to live independent and active lives. After assessing an individual’s needs, we will develop a care plan that delivers the daily support needed – from personal care and preparing meals to helping with household chores or finances and correspondence.
With a bespoke package tailored to each client, we provide person-centred care that puts the individual first and improves their quality of life while in the home they know and love.
